House Warming – Intro to RH Pilates
House Warming s your perfect first step—whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned Pilates lover. This special welcome class is designed to get you grounded, introduce you to our studio, and set you up for success. It’s our way of saying: Welcome home!
Strength & Tone
This full-body conditioning class fuses the muscle-sculpting power of strength training with the precision of Pilates. Using spring resistance, weights, and equipment like the Reformer, Chair, or Springboard, you’ll challenge your body with resistance-based movement that builds lean muscle, improves posture, and supports long-term bone health.
Floor the Core
Mat Pilates is the pure foundation of the method—where control, precision, and core strength begin. Using just your body, breath, and gravity (plus props), this class builds deep core stability, alignment, and full-body strength.
Cardio Tone
Get ready to sweat in this high-energy, low-impact cardio class that fuses jumpboard intervals on the Reformer with sculpting sequences using props like weights, bands, or balls. It’s cardio with control—delivering a full-body burn while staying joint-friendly and aligned with Pilates principles.
Stretch
This gentle, feel-good class is all about increasing flexibility, improving mobility, and letting go of tension. Using Pilates equipment, props, and breath-focused movement, you’ll stretch major muscle groups, open tight joints, and restore balance to your body.
